Beluga Restaurant & Lounge Relaunches with a new menu

Beluga Restaurant & Lounge has relaunched with a globally inspired menu that caters to all taste buds. The restaurant and lounge, which is renowned for its elegant, chic, white and gold marble interiors, and warm hospitality, is now serving an enticing selection of delicious Appetizers, Salads, Pastas, Pizzas and Desserts. Featuring a selection of international flavors, the new additions include freshly made pastas, sushi and a variety of pizzas. Signature dishes include Truffle Linguine, Seafood Fettuccine, Bresaola and Burrata Pizza, Truffle Pizza, Spiced Octopus, Angus Beef Tartar and Grilled Seabass. The menu also features sushi including California Maki and Salmon Maki Ikura.

The classic Beluga favorite dishes include the restaurant’s signature Golden Cigarmade from Salmon, Truffle Cream and House Caviar and the Tsarine Potato, an all-time favorite made from Traditional Baked Baby Potatoes, Sour Cream and Russian Oscietra. The menu also includes a Raw Bar section and Caviar Tasting.
