Live music returns to Abu Dhabi at MOTN festival
Live music returns to the capital from December 9-18, 2021, with MOTN Festival headlined by some of the music industry’s biggest artists, including Australian The Kid LAROI and Egyptian superstar Sherine.
The headliner of the first weekend is Egyptian icon and actress Sherine, who will perform on the main stage at the Music Arena on December 10 at 7pm. Sherine will captivate the audience with her greatest hits such as “Hobbo Ganna”, “Nassay” and “kaddabeen”. Sherine is known for her powerful and unique voice and is considered one of the most famous Arab singers, often referred to as the “Queen of Emotions” for her popular romantic ballads.
On December 17, starting at 7 p.m., Australian singer, rapper and songwriter The Kid LAROI will rock the main stage at the Music Arena. Festival-goers can catch the acclaimed artist perform his mega-hits such as “Without You,” “Stay,” “So Done” and others, along Moroccan-Canadian singer Fauzia, who will perform at the opening act.
Music fans can also expect exciting performances from their favorite local artists, including Kuwait’s best-selling boy band Miami Band, who will perform on December 9, and acclaimed pop singer Mohamed Al Salim’s “Naam Enta” and “Bala Bala.
In addition to this brilliant program, on December 18, the audience will be able to experience Mahmoud Al Turki, the famous Iraqi pop singer and author of hits such as “B6Ela”, “Ashmk” and “Raht”, as well as the famous “Haba Haba” singer Khaled Fouad.
MOTN festival guests and visitors can also look forward to top local artists such as Dani Aridi, Shebani, Alexander Krstic, Alaa Vardi, Amjad Shakir, Karl and Reda Mafia, Daniel Sayegh, As Per Casper, Gohari, Hadi, Jay Abo, Zero Funks and numerous DJs such as Badir, Keza, Bliss and Nuff Said who will perform on the Food Hub stage.
MOTN 2021 will take place from December 9 to 18 at the Corniche Abu Dhabi, from 4 p.m. to midnight on weekdays and 2 p.m. to midnight on weekends.
