Fast Company Middle East names Most Creative People in Business
Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) and member of Dubai Council, was named one of the 35 most creative people in business by Fast Company Middle East at the awards ceremony in recognition of her role in transforming Dubai’s creative and cultural sector.
Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, chairman of Dubai Culture and member of the Dubai Council, said: “I am honoured to be named one of the most creative people in business by Fast Company Middle East for 2022. I strongly believe that the creative and cultural sector, various organisations and people within it play an important role in building a happy, healthy and resilient society. To achieve our vision for the sector and the people of Dubai, it is vital that we continue to listen and engage with the community on an ongoing basis. I look forward to continuing to work to bring together the various stakeholders in the sector and mobilise organisations and teams to facilitate what is needed to develop the creative ecosystem and promote our creative economy.”
Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed said that the rapid development of the creative and cultural sector seen in Dubai would not have been possible without the support of the country’s wise leadership and government, her team at Dubai Culture and the partners they work with in various sectors. She added: “We are all working as a team to make Dubai the place of choice for creative talent from around the world. I look forward to working with other creative leaders to build the future of the cultural and creative sector in Dubai and the region.”
