Dubai Expo Mall to open in 2024
One of Dubai’s largest developers, Emaar, has announced the launch of the new Dubai Expo Mall, which will be opened in 2024 in Emaar South, near Al Maktoum International Airport.
Dubai Expo Mall will feature more than 190 shops and catering outlets and will have a total area of 385,000 square feet. Thus, Dubai Expo Mall will be one of Emaar’s smallest shopping malls. In comparison, Dubai Hills Mall has 1.8 million square feet of retail space and Dubai Mall has 4.2 million square feet of retail space.
It is well known that Dubai Mall is one of the largest malls in the world, with a wide range of shops, from the democratic H&M and Zara to the high-end department stores Bloomingdale’s and Galeries Lafayette. Fashion Avenue features haute couture fashion and Level Shoes offers visitors a range of shoes, including sleek Christian Louboutin, Fendi and Dior designs. There is also a wide range of entertainment for the whole family, from an Olympic-sized ice rink to the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.
Dubai Marina Mall hosts boutiques from popular mass market brands and numerous beauty centres. Here you will also find a wide range of restaurants and cafes offering scenic views of the promenade. It is also close to the famous Pier 7, a complex of seven different restaurants.
Dubai Hills Mall, an upmarket residential shopping mall in Dubai’s upmarket residential district of the same name, is surrounded by manicured lawns and beautiful parkland. Its premises offer more than 600 shops, restaurants and cafés. There is a hypermarket, a cinema, a shopping arcade and four large family entertainment centres, amongst others. The centre also has an indoor roller-coaster that will prove to be a thrill ride for those who love speed and thrills.
