Dubai Women’s Triathlon 2023 awaits participants

The Dubai Sports Council (DSC) has announced the start of registration for the 6th Dubai Women’s Triathlon Tournament. The competition will be held on 22 October 2023. Participants can choose from three categories: super sprint (swim – 400m, bike – 10km, run – 2.5km), sprint (swim – 750m, bike – 20km, run – 5km) or Olympic distance (swim – 1.5km, bike – 40km, run – 10km).

According to the organising committee, all women can take part in the competition regardless of nationality. The minimum age of the participants is 15 years. The tournament is unique in that women compete in complete privacy.

Registration for the Dubai Women’s Triathlon 2023 is open now on the Dubai Sports Council’s official website www.dubaisc.ae or on the Hopa Sports website at https://www.hopasports.com/en/event/dubai-women-s-triathlon-2023.

The swimming leg of the triathlon will take place at Dubai Ladies Club, the cycling route will take place along Jumeirah Beach Road and the running will take place along the Dubai Water Canal.

The organisers invite everyone to register for the event and guarantee participants complete privacy in an atmosphere that is in keeping with UAE customs and traditions.

The Dubai Women’s Triathlon started in 2017 and was the first such women-only event in the Middle East. Thanks to the unwavering support from the female participants and authorities, the tournament has seen an impressive growth in popularity year on year.
