Zuma beach club to debut in Dubai
The five-star Gran Melia Dubai resort and Zuma Dubai Beachhouse beach club will debut in Dubai’s La Mer neighbourhood in 2025. It is noted that the hotel will have access to the Port de La Mer Marina and will offer 380 guest rooms with sea and cityscape views.
The hotel will have easy access to the marina and will also feature an event hall with a capacity of more than 1,000 people. The Gran Meliá Dubai Jumeirah is scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2025.
The Meliá Hotels International collection currently comprises 12 hotels in Africa and the Middle East, including Tanzania, Cape Verde, UAE, Mozambique and Morocco.
In turn, Zuma Beach Club will be located on the beachfront, between Pearl Jumeirah and Jumeirah Bay. The 140-metre stretch of beach will feature a lounge and bar, a pool overlooking the sea and a DJ to entertain guests throughout the day. The beachside venue will be open for lunch, serving creative cocktails and izakaya menus in a new setting.
The renowned Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, as previously announced, will move to the northern emirate of Ras Al Khaimah – the five-star hotel will open in the Mina Al Arab complex, offering 155 rooms and villas.
Guests at the resort will also be served by the Nikki Spa, Tone gym and several restaurants. The resort will be the first Nikki Beach branded property in Ras Al Khaimah.
In 2022, the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah recorded 1.1 million hotel stays, with the number of international tourists increasing by 40 per cent compared to the previous year’s figures.
