Six Senses to build the world’s tallest residential building
Hotel brand Six Senses has unveiled plans for a new project in Dubai Marina in Dubai – Six Senses Residences will be the world’s tallest residential building.
The skyscraper is expected to be 122 storeys high and will be completed by 2028. The project was announced following the commissioning of the Six Senses Hotel at The Palm Jumeirah.
To be built in conjunction with Dubai-based property developer Select Group, the 251 residences that will be built as part of the project will be significantly different from the residences that are already present in Dubai.
The project will focus on healthy living and a holistic approach to human wellbeing, which will be evident in the architecture and all interior details. This will include owners will be able to book signature Sleep With Six Senses bedrooms with sensory simulators and a wellness wardrobe.
Amenities will include a longevity centre, gym, cryotherapy chambers, crystal sound healing room and a spa with hydrotherapy treatments. A 25-metre swimming pool will be installed on the observation deck, on the 109th floor.
The complex will feature public lounge areas, a games room and a cinema. Six Senses Place on the Palm can be reached in 10 minutes by boat.
