Big book fair to be held in Dubai

Dubai will host a fair where you can buy books for the whole family at discounts of up to 75 per cent. The sale will run for just five days, from Wednesday, 17 April to 21 April 2024.

The event page states that more than 60,000 books in total will be presented to visitors. There will be no second-hand titles at this fair – all books are brand new. The sale will include the latest novelties and bestsellers.

The organisers of the fair promise a wide range of genres: from fiction to popular science literature, from detectives to love novels, from classics to historical works and children’s books.

Entrance to the sale is free, but if you register in advance, you can get an additional five per cent discount on books. One catch: the discount doesn’t stack with other promotions.

The fair will be held at Times Square Centre Dubai and will be open from 10am to 10pm.
