Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah to open in early 2027
The first integrated gaming resort in the MENA region, Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, is set to open in early 2027. The property developer released new images this week to give a glimpse of the design and scale of construction.
The structure has already risen 40 metres above Al Marjan Island, the full height of the tower will be more than 300 metres and will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025. The resort tower will be a new landmark for Ras Al Khaimah and will attract tourists from all over the world.
The first resort with a casino is being built on an island of almost 62 hectares. It will be surrounded by its own white sand beach with views of both the Persian Gulf and the Hajar Mountains. The hotel will offer 1,542 rooms and suites, including 22 private villas.
The resort will feature a variety of adult and children’s pools, water entertainment facilities and a 3.6 hectare tropical garden. The resort will include a 15,000 sqm retail promenade and a 7,500 sqm meeting and event centre.
This will be the first Wynn Resort in the UAE. The WYNN chain currently owns and operates Wynn Las Vegas, Encore Boston Harbour, Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, Cotai.
