Emaar announces construction of The Music, Colour and Fire Plaza

The Chairman of Emaar Properties, one of Dubai’s largest property developers, has announced plans for The Music, Colour and Fire Plaza, a new entertainment venue in Dubai Creek Harbour.

The project will reflect Dubai’s commitment to bringing cutting-edge design and new experiences within the city. The plaza, which will surround the future Dubai Creek Tower skyscraper, will be a vibrant space for entertainment and interaction with the environment.

Judging by the name, you can expect music and light performances as well as fire shows. The space remains functional even when the music is switched off and will showcase a dynamic and versatile experience for all guests.

As previously reported, Dubai may build a unique shopping centre with electric cars inside. The shopping district will be the centrepiece of the Dubai Square project and will be a 2.6 million square foot indoor area.

Thus, shoppers will be able to drive directly into the shopping centre, Mohammed Alabbar said. Dubai Square will be the world’s most advanced project designed with artificial intelligence technology, he said.

AI will be used in the construction of the centre and to create a ‘unique’ personalised customer experience. ‘City within a city’ will get 10,000 residential units, 1,500 hotel rooms and a 7,500 square metre shopping centre.

Dubai Square will face the future Dubai Creek Tower and Dubai Creek Plaza shopping centre and will be connected by a modern underground extension. Family entertainment and live performances will be organised in the new area.

There will also be a special art quarter, a technologically advanced Ice Adventure snow park with a rooftop water park. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2027.
