Nikki Beach Dubai opens its doors after renovation

Popular beach club Nikki Beach Dubai, located on Pearl Jumeirah Island, is reopening in Dubai after a refurbishment. The reopening, which will be accompanied by a grand party, is scheduled for 12 October.

Nikki Beach Dubai originally opened in 2016 and quickly became one of Dubai’s trendiest holiday destinations. For the new season, the attraction will welcome guests – residents and visitors to the emirate – with a new design, menu and entertainment.

Nikki Beach Dubai has received a spacious air-conditioned restaurant with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, new bars and sun loungers. The DJ booth also got a new look – it was moved closer to the restaurant. The layout of the pool itself has also changed.

Meanwhile, Jumeirah 1 is nearing the end of its redevelopment, upon completion of which La Mer will be replaced by a resort complex called J1 Beach. The new beachfront area will include 13 restaurants and several beach clubs. The opening of J1 Beach is announced for autumn 2024.

Already announced are the opening of French restaurant African Queen, Lebanese fusion concept Almayass by the Sea, exclusive beachfront complex Chouchou, Mexican restaurant Gitano, Spanish-Mediterranean Lúnico, and Kaimana, specialising in Polynesian dishes with an Asian accent.

The resort will also be home to renowned beach clubs Sirene Beach by Gaia, Bâoli and Gigi Rigolatto. Gastroconcept Sakhalin, haute cuisine restaurant Mūn and New York’s La Baia are also preparing to open.
