Global Village to celebrate New Year seven times in a row

On the night of 31 December 2024 to 1 January 2025, Global Village Park will celebrate the New Year seven times in a row according to the time zones of seven different countries. On that day, the park will be open from 4pm to 3am for families, couples and women only.

In addition to fireworks, visitors will also be able to enjoy live DJs and several travelling entertainment shows throughout the park. There will be light and music shows near the Dragon Lake location. All of this is included in the admission fee.

Thailand – 21:00

Bangladesh – 22:00

India – 22:30

Pakistan – 23:00

UAE – 00:00

Turkey – 01:00

In addition, Global Village will offer 250 restaurants, shopping opportunities and 30 pavilions to explore more than 90 cultures on New Year’s Eve.

This year, visitors to Global Village will find a restaurant plaza and three new pavilions with a rich cultural programme, inviting everyone to enjoy new and unique experiences.

Located next to the Carnaval Fair, the new Restaurant Plaza features 11 two-storey dining venues offering spectacular views of the surrounding area. In this culinary centre, guests will be able to sample a variety of cuisines while enjoying the various live shows and performances taking place on the centre stage.

Global Village has added three new pavilions, each with uniquely themed facades with kiosks and retail outlets selling merchandise representing the rich cultural heritage of the participating countries.

Railway Market, Floating Market and Fiesta Street have also undergone changes. Fiesta Street has recently added two-storey street kiosks that will make for an incredible gastronomic journey.
