Large-scale sale of diamonds starts in Dubai
In the first days of 2025, Dubai is launching a massive sale, where diamond and pearl jewellery will be available at significant discounts.
The two-day sale will be hosted by Dubai Jewellery Group (DJG) on January 4 and 5 as part of the winter Dubai Shopping Festival. Shoppers will be able to save between 55 per cent and 85 per cent.
More than 45 leading jewellery brands and 100 jewellery retailers are participating in the campaign, including: Kanz, Liali, Meena Jewellers, Siroya Jewellers, Sky Jewellery, Shantilal Jewellers, Popley Kewalram Jewellers, Khushi Jewellery, JJ & Sons Jewellers and others.
Dubai Jewellery Group (DJG) is also known to be raffling off a total of AED 1.5 million worth of gold for the festival participants. Dubai Shopping Festival will run until 12 January 2025.
This year, Dubai Shopping Festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary and to mark the occasion, incredible prizes totalling AED 50 million have been announced. Seven winners will have the opportunity to become millionaires through various draws and promotions.
The DSF VISA DIB Millionaire draw until 12 January offers the chance to win AED 1 million when spending just AED 500 using a DIB card at participating shops. The DSF Mega Raffle also runs until 12 January, with incredible prizes being drawn each day, including keys to new Nissan cars and AED 100,000 in cash. Tickets cost just AED 100 and are available at Enoc service stations, ZOOM shops, Global Village and selected kiosks across the city.
Tickit’s rewards programme will draw 30 gold prizes of AED 10,000 each by January 12. Participants must link their cards to the app and shop at partners. The promotion includes shops such as City Walk, Dubai Hills Mall and JBR, as well as brands such as Decathlon, Virgin Megastore, Jumeirah Restaurants and Roxy Cinemas.
This year also offers a grand prize of AED 1 million for shoppers at Majid Al Futtaim shopping centres. Shoppers who spend AED 300 at Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Mirdif or City Centre Deira and scan their receipts on the SHARE Rewards app can enter the draw. The Modesh & Blue Millionaire draw offers the chance to win one million BLUE Rewards, equivalent to AED 10,000, on purchases of AED 300 or more at Dubai Festival City Mall.
