Wild Wadi Waterpark reopens to welcome guests

Dubai’s famous Wild Wadi Waterpark has reopened its doors after a renovation. The water amusement park is ready to offer its guests 30 water attractions, as well as relaxation with a stunning view of the Burj Al Arab resort.

Wild Wadi Waterpark is one of the best water parks in the world. Located in the Jumeirah area it is open all year round from 10:00am to 6:00pm. The themed waterpark is inspired by the legend of Juha, a popular character in Arabian folklore.

There is a large number of waterslides and family fun rides. Visitors who prefer a quieter holiday can enjoy the Wave Pool with artificial waves or rent a secluded beach house on the banks of the Lazy River.

Younger guests can enjoy Juha’s Dhow and Lagoon, a play area with slides, rides and giant tipping buckets. Thrill seekers can enjoy the Tantrum Ally and Jumeirah Sceirah slides and Breaker’s Bay, a wave simulator ideal for surfing and body boarding.

Tickets start from AED 79. The water park regularly runs special offers such as discounted rates for residents of the United Arab Emirates and Visa cardholders.

Yas Waterworld on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi has relaunched Ladies Days, opening exclusively to ladies every Friday until November 2023.

Only female staff, including the DJ, can operate the park on Fridays. Moreover, the use of mobile phones is prohibited on this day to ensure complete privacy for all guests.

Yas Waterworld boasts 45 rides, including the world’s biggest water slide with a length of 235 metres. The theme of the park is inspired by the tale of a UAE girl on a quest for the Pearl and intertwines it with the history of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The 8-metre diameter pearl itself is located in the park atop the ‘mountain’ of Jebel Dana.
