Dubai International Airport launches the first DXB Games
Dubai International Airport (DXB) has launched the first DXB Games for passengers travelling through Terminal 3 to celebrate the 2024 Olympic Games. Residents and travellers can win big cash prizes and ‘Olympic’ medals.
The world’s busiest airport has transformed the Family Zone into a sports arena. From 26 July to 11 August, travellers will be able to take part in events such as a cycling sprint, football tournament and basketball.
You can compete with your family members as well as other travellers. Winners will have the chance to win bronze, silver and gold medals, which come with cash vouchers.
‘This summer, one of the biggest sporting events in the world has provided us with a platform for an incredible experience. We aim to surprise and delight our guests and look forward to welcoming participants to the DXB Games,’ said Michelle Lee, Vice President, Brand and Communications, Dubai Airport.
In addition, guests will be able to enjoy live coverage of the Paris Olympics at various catering establishments that will offer special menus in support of the sporting festivities.
This initiative further enhances the festive atmosphere, ensuring that travellers can enjoy the sporting spirit throughout their stay at DXB.
