Baby shark born in Dubai Mall aquarium

The world’s largest suspended aquarium located in Dubai Mall has shared the news of the birth of a baby shark.

The representatives of the aquarium announced the news through an Instagram post, besides, they also published a video of this magical moment. The video was accompanied by the caption, “Watching the baby shark emerge this morning at our aquarium was such a wonderful moment.”

The tiny creature made its appearance and immediately sank to the bottom of the aquarium, causing concern among viewers. However, the shark soon began to gain strength, gradually climbing upwards. The video also captures a boy excitedly running towards the aquarium and pointing at the sharks.

The video has already racked up more than 84,000 views on Instagram, with social media users leaving comments with delight. “This is just an amazing and incredible sight, I’m really glad I was able to see this,” one user wrote.

The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo in the UAE is home to thousands of aquatic animals of more than 140 species.

Dubai Mall is the most visited shopping and entertainment centre in the world, welcoming more than 100 million visitors every year. It has more than 1200 retail outlets and more than 200 international restaurants.
