Binous Classic bodybuilding championship to take place in Dubai

Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) will host the second edition of the Binous Classic bodybuilding championship on September 7 and 8, including a sports competition and exhibition.

A total of 700 men and women will compete for cash prizes of AED 1.2 million, the highest prize money for a championship in its category in the world.

The Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation announced details of the two-day event at a press conference held at the Dubai Sports Council in the presence of Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Federation, Saeed Hareb, Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council, and Mahir Abdulkarim Julfar, Executive Vice President of DWTC.

Abdullah Al Sharqi said: ‘The Binous Classic Championship is one of the most important championships overseen by the Federation, especially as Binous Gym is a strategic partner of the Federation.

This landmark event aims to bring together athletes, bodybuilding fans and spectators from around the world.
