Super narrow skyscraper to be built in Dubai

The construction of a super narrow skyscraper has been announced in Dubai – the width of the Muraba Veil tower will be only 22.5 metres. According to the developers from the company Muraba, the project should interest both investors and tourists from all over the world.

The famous Spanish firm RCR Arquitectes is designing the unique architectural structure. The building will have 73 floors. The height of the skyscraper will be 380 metres. In total, the building will house 131 flats, as well as a health spa centre, a restaurant, a gallery, a court for playing padel tennis and a private cinema.

Flats will start from AED 18 million. The building will rise above the dunes of Dubai and stand out among the many skyscrapers in the emirate. Each residence will occupy the entire width of a floor. The skyscraper is planned to be erected on the main thoroughfare of Dubai – Sheikh Zayed Highway.

In early 2024 it became known that residents and visitors of Dubai will be able to shop in the second highest building in the world – the developer Azizi Developments announced the construction of a tower with a vertical mall.

In addition to the shopping centre, the skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Highway will house a seven-star hotel, luxury apartments and penthouses, as well as elite restaurants and a panoramic observation deck.

The cost of the Burj Azizi project is estimated at US$ 1.5bn and it is expected to be completed in 4 years. Azizi Developments first announced the construction of the 122-storey skyscraper in March 2018.
