At a prestigious ceremony held at W Dubai – The Palm on December 11th, Entrepreneur Middle East celebrated the region’s most influential business figures at its Leadership Awards 2025. In a significant recognition for the property sector, the coveted title of “Real Estate Leader of the Year” was awarded to Faruh Kurbanov, the Co-Founder and driving force behind the multinational development group, DIA Holding.
