Abu Dhabi and Dubai parking operators join forces on smart mobility
Abu Dhabi and Dubai’s largest public parking operators have signed a strategic agreement aimed at making parking services more connected, digital and efficient across the two emirates.
Q Mobility, the leading public parking operator in Abu Dhabi, and Parkin Company, Dubai’s largest provider of public parking facilities and services, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on smart parking technologies and greater digital integration.
Smarter parking across both emirates
The partnership will focus on improving parking management, exchanging technical expertise and introducing new solutions designed around data, artificial intelligence and advanced digital systems.
Both companies plan to develop a roadmap for joint initiatives and explore pilot projects using new parking management technologies. The goal is to improve occupancy management, predict demand more accurately and make parking operations more efficient.
AI and data analytics are expected to play an important role, helping operators better understand parking demand and use infrastructure more effectively.
A more unified digital experience
One of the most important areas of cooperation will be digital integration.
Q Mobility and Parkin will explore ways to connect their systems and platforms so residents and visitors can access parking services through a more seamless digital experience.
The proposed integration could eventually make it easier for drivers to access services and pay parking fees through connected digital channels across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Parkin CEO Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali described the agreement as a milestone for the UAE parking sector and said the partnership could help develop an integrated model for smart parking management powered by data, AI and digital innovation.
