Fall 2022 bridal collection
Part of the bride’s dream of the perfect wedding is the desire to make a fashion statement that is bursting with beauty, drama and grandeur. These days, the bride is no longer limited to the ceremony, with more and more brides turning to Oscar de la Renta to create the look for the rehearsal dinner and reception.
In response to this growing trend, Bridal’s Autumn Winter 2022 collection is a capsule collection that focuses more on the pre- and post-party areas. The collection includes refreshing, minimalist floor-length gowns and contemporary, thigh-hugging cocktail dresses. Together, they cater to a variety of personal preferences and event plans.
Cocktail length options are perfect for pre and post event celebrations. Flowers of thread embroidery and metallic elements adorn these dresses, reminiscent of those worn by co-creative director Laura Kim and model/actress Kaia Gerber. The classic and sophisticated silk moiré foil look is accentuated by a fitted bodice with straps and a tiered, flirty skirt. The shorter hemmed styles are complemented by the Fale dress with a nude tulle bodice embroidered with tiny leaves that fades into a bell-shaped skirt.
The floor-length dresses are the epitome of elegance and simplicity. The corset and flowing layers of tulle reflect the atmosphere of old Hollywood in Billie Eilish’s striking Met Gala look, while a modified version of her after-party gown with cape conveys a flowing grandeur. The Cady dress is a smaller version of the Oscar de la Renta wedding gown, making it the perfect choice for the reception.
Lace looks exquisite on a ball gown and a sexy open back and shoulders dress adorned with a stunning embroidered veil. The delicate Chantilly lace dress with long sleeves has a padded back with pleats and ruffles to create a draped effect and a slight train.
The Autumn Winter 2022 collection defines the occasion and offers the bride countless opportunities to shine, glow and make a spectacular entrance again and again.
