Dubai Miracle Garden reopens
The famous Dubai Miracle Garden, a popular family attraction, is reopening in Dubai after a summer break on 10 October 2022. Visitors can expect 150 million flowers of 120 different species.
Dubai Miracle Garden is the largest flower garden in the world. Its area is 72,000 square metres and its main attraction is the exact replicas of famous buildings and architectural structures made of flowers.
The heart-shaped arches on the Avenue of Love are particularly popular with visitors. There are life-size castles and flower houses in the garden.
This season, favourite cartoon characters, the Smurfs, will return to the garden. Specially themed Smurf Village, Smurf Activity Area and Smurf Topiaries have been created to celebrate the Belgian comic book characters.
Dubai Miracle Garden features a model of Emirates Airline’s famous A380 aircraft. The arrangement consists of around 500,000 living flowers and plants and has been classified by the Guinness Book of World Records.
Dubai’s Miracle Garden is home to the UAE’s largest butterfly garden, Butterfly Garden, home to over 15,000 species of winged beauties. Its nine domes with a total area of 2,600 square meters provide an ideal habitat for the insects.
In Butterfly Garden you can watch the butterflies take flight, but you can also see how the caterpillars take on their colourful wings during the transformation process. At the Butterfly and Insect Museum you can see thousands of colourful butterflies from all over the world and learn about them.
