Kerzner International opens Siro fitness hotel in Dubai

Kerzner International has announced plans to open its first fitness and wellness hotel under the Siro brand in Dubai. The hotel will be located in one of the high-rise towers of the One Za’abeel mixed-use complex.

Siro One Za’abeel, due to open in 2023, will feature a two-storey fitness club with a 1,000 sq m gym and separate studios for yoga, meditation and group classes.

In addition, there will be a laboratory with cryotherapy, infrared and oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture and stretching sessions. Special trainers and expert nutritionists will accompany guests. The hotel restaurant will serve organic and seasonal dishes.

In November 2022, Dubai opened its first NH Dubai themed hotel for football fans. Fans can stay at the hotel during the World Cup and travel daily to Doha to attend matches.

The 533-room hotel is located on the western crescent of The Palm Jumeirah, its sports bar has been turned into a fan zone and fans have access to special discounts and offers to watch games at other venues, including Coca-Cola Arena and Football Park at DIFC.

Hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi recorded 100 per cent occupancy and rapid room price increases in November to coincide with the start of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. The hospitality sector in the UAE is experiencing one of its best periods ever.
