Dubai Culture receives ISO certificates
Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has received ISO certification (ISO 30415:2021) in diversity and inclusion and another (ISO 30406:2017) in sustainable employment management, becoming the first government organisation in the region and in the world to achieve such success. It is the fruit of the Authority’s efforts to implement the highest international standards in workforce empowerment and human resource management, which strengthens its position and efforts to reinvigorate and lead the cultural movement in Dubai.
Dubai Culture has proven its eligibility for ‘ISO’ certification after successfully passing a comprehensive external audit by the German company TÜV Rheinland Middle East. TÜV Rheinland Middle East awards international certificates to institutions that achieve the highest level of excellence in the application of best practices related to human resource management.
Mohammed Obaid Al Marri, Director of the Human Resources Department, confirmed that the Authority is proud of this achievement, considering it to be a recognition of the efforts made by the Dubai Culture team in managing and empowering human resources.
