The exquisite interiors take inspiration from the abundance of Cyclades Islands in the Aegean Sea. At the heart of the restaurants  Greek-Mediterranean dining experience are the roots of the iconic tree chandelier, taking guests back to ancient Greece. Exposed illuminated stone on the bar and inset wall pay homage to the island cliffs, while the flooring serves as a nod to the pebbly roads of the island towns.

The carefully crafted menu features a flavour-filled array of dishes made with speciality ingredients from different islands. You  can look forward to being taken on a multi-sensory journey that explores the enchanting flavours of Greek-Mediterranean cooking.  From Greek cheeses, Kalamata olives, Mediterranean seafood, and the choicest meats, to Souvlaki prepared live at guests’ tables and authentic Greek desserts like Loukouma, Baklava and Orange Pie – AIZA sources the majority of its produce from Greece, along with a carefully chosen variety of the freshest locally sourced ingredients.
