Meet & Greet Services launched in Australia by Marhaba

Marhaba, part of dnata and a leading brand in airport hospitality, has launched its world-renowned Meet & Greet Services in Australia to help travellers enjoy a safe and hassle-free journey throughout their journey.

 Starting this December, arriving and departing passengers can use marhaba services at Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL), Adelaide (ADL) and Brisbane (BNE) airports. Marhaba’s dedicated agents, who have undergone extensive health and safety training, will meet clients and guide them through all airport formalities up to the arrivals area or boarding gate. Where possible, Marhaba agents will also provide hand luggage trolleys or, for an additional fee, arrange for a porter.

 In Melbourne, customers can further enhance their experience by booking a Gold package, and relax and rejuvenate in the popular Marhaba lounge before their flight at a special package rate. Located in the International Terminal (T2), the spacious lounge offers comfortable seating for 200 guests, a quiet seating area and showers. It features ultra-fast Wi-Fi and a 24-hour dining room with premium Hudson’s coffee and international cuisine catering to a wide range of dietary and ethnic requirements.

Marhaba began expanding its global presence in 2017 with the opening of new lounges at Melbourne and Karachi airports.
