Boston Scientific opens new offices in Dubai Science Park

Boston Scientific, a global leader in medical technology, has opened its new offices in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai Science Park (DSP), a leading scientific community within the TECOM Group, to meet the growing needs of patients in the Middle East.

The new office will be the company’s third in the Middle East and an addition to its seven offices located in Eurasia, South East Europe and Africa, covering 97 countries and employing over 500 people. Focusing on patient needs and support, Boston Scientific’s expansion in the UAE is aimed at significantly increasing demand for medical devices in the region, which, according to Business Market Insights, will reach US$21,802.3 million in 2027.

Commenting on the opening of the new offices, Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi, managing director of Dubai Scientific Park, said: “Dubai is on its way to becoming a global healthcare hub through modern infrastructure and government support, and brands such as Boston Scientific play an important role in driving research, investment and scientific development.
