Museum of the Future holds a dinner for AMF 2022 participants

The Museum of the Future hosted a dinner for participants of Arab Media Forum 2022 to celebrate the landmark 20th anniversary of the region’s biggest media event.

Welcoming guests, Her Excellency Mona Ghanem Al Marri, president of the Dubai Press Club and chairperson of the Arab Media Forum organising committee, said that the theme of the landmark 20th event – ‘The Future of Media’ – was inspired by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to create a thriving future.

Her Excellency said that the Museum of the Future epitomises Dubai’s ambition to become the industrial hub of the future and a pioneer in pioneering innovation and technology. Guided by the vision of the leadership, Dubai aims to be a leader and pioneer in various sectors, including the media.

Participants at the Arab Media Forum expressed deep appreciation for the hospitality offered to them in Dubai and thanked the Dubai Press Club for the exceptional organisation of the Forum. They noted that the Forum provided a platform for the exchange of knowledge and ideas that can contribute to the growth of media in the region, and a dialogue that can help catalyse the development of the sector.

The Arab Media Forum has become the most comprehensive knowledge-sharing platform in the Arab media community. Over the past two decades, the annual platform has steadily evolved in scope and reach to encompass a broad international perspective. The 20th edition of the event brought together more than 3,000 prominent media leaders, academics, writers, experts and senior executives from leading media companies to explore the challenges facing sectors across the entire spectrum of the industry, including print, visual and digital.
