Emaar announces the opening of 10 new hotels

Emaar Hospitality Group, one of Dubai’s leading hotel operators, has announced the opening of 10 new hotels. The chain currently owns such hospitality properties as Address Fountain Views, Vida Downtown Dubai and Rove Hotels. In the near future, the group will expand its regional presence.

So, by the end of 2022 the 223-room Address Grand Creek Harbour hotel will start welcoming guests in Dubai. It is part of the ambitious 1.4 million square foot Creek Harbour project, which will also include retail shops and serviced apartments.

Also due to open this year is Address Beach Resort Bahrain in Bahrain. The Manama Waterfront hotel will host 17 hotel rooms and 154 residences and have three restaurants, including The Restaurant, The Lounge and The Garden.

Meanwhile, Emaar will expand its portfolio in this project with the opening of the 122-room Palace Dubai Creek Harbour Hotel in 2023. Address The Bay, between Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah, is scheduled to open in 2026. The hotel is expected to have 184 hotel rooms and 446 serviced apartments.

As previously reported, Vida Marina Yacht Club on the Dubai Marina waterfront will start welcoming guests in December. The 158-room multi-storey hotel will be built on the site of the demolished yacht club and will have direct access to the popular marina. It will have international restaurants; a pool bar and Stage2 café.

Another addition to the Vida brand awaits in 2023 – the Vida Dubai Mall hotel with 195 rooms and 380 serviced apartments will be commissioned next to Dubai’s largest shopping mall. A new Vida Marassi Marina hotel will open in Egypt in the same year, offering 120 rooms and 110 serviced apartments.

The Rove Hotels resort on the island of Al Marjan in Ras Al Khaimah is scheduled to open in 2024. The stylish resort will be the first representative of the brand in the northern emirate and will cater to a new generation of travellers.

Earlier, Emaar Hospitality Group also announced the opening of the 300-room Rove hotel in Sharjah, part of the Aljada project, and Rove Mina Seyahi and Rove Residences Mina Seyahi in the seaside area of Dubai. Opening dates for these hotels are currently being finalised.
