Arabian Adventures upgrades all-inclusive Overnight Safari
Arabian Adventures, a leading destination management company, tour operator and safari operator in the UAE, is expanding its camp accommodation and services offering to further enhance the popular Overnight Safari experience.
Also known as Luxury Desert Camping, the popular experience at Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve (DDCR) offers permanent tented rooms with wooden decking amidst a natural green enclave, with a communal dining area, gazebo and fire pit for gatherings in the centre.
The new accommodation options, open for the winter 2022/23 season, are located on a nearby lookout point higher up on the dunes. From here, guests can enjoy a panoramic, uninterrupted view of the desert, allowing them to admire the Arabian sunrise and sunset, as well as the added element of privacy amidst the tranquil surroundings.
The new season also sees the expansion of the all-inclusive dining and beverage options at the desert camping site. The menu features new dishes prepared for guests by the in-house culinary team, including unlimited soft drinks and premium drinks at the private bar, as well as barbecue dinner and grilled breakfast.
The Arabian Adventures camp now has a total of eight luxury tents. Each tent can be booked by couples wanting privacy, or the entire camp can be booked on an exclusive basis for large families or groups of friends wanting to spend time together in a stunning location.
The overnight safari begins with check-in from the location of guests’ choice, with transfers included. For UAE residents, a self-guided safari guide is also available as a convenient option to travel around the reserve on your own. A camel ride is available to reach the secluded camp. The camp has deluxe tented accommodation with a double bed and fresh linen, surrounded by a private terrace and seating area. There are also modern outdoor showers and toilets on site.
As part of the on-site hospitality, guests will be offered unlimited drinks, including a desert sunset, and a three-course evening meal. At any time, guests can arrange for a nature walk with an expert Arabian Adventures safari guide. A hot breakfast from the grill is also served surrounded by nature, and the trip is rounded off with further transportation at guests’ convenience.
