#DubaiDestinations issues Outdoor Sports Destinations Guide

Brand Dubai’s new #DubaiDestinations interactive guide invites residents and visitors to explore the wide range of sports and fitness activities that Dubai offers during the cooler seasons.

The Outdoor Sports Destinations Guide lists a variety of outdoor venues, sports centres and public fitness facilities that Dubai residents can take advantage of to stay active and fit during the winter season.

The guide includes a comprehensive list of cycling, walking and running trails that have been created across the emirate as part of the Dubai leadership’s vision to make it the most active city in the world. In line with the goal of making Dubai one of the most bicycle-friendly cities in the world, the emirate’s network of cycle paths has expanded in the past few years, with several new routes being added.

The list of major paths includes the 50km sand cycle track in Mushrif National Park, the Al Khawanij walking and cycling path, the Hatta Mountain Bike Path, the Dubai Water Canal Walkway and the Nad Al Sheba Bike Park, as well as numerous cycling and jogging tracks located in parks, beaches, waterfront areas and districts around Dubai.

The guide also lists clubs, stadiums and academies offering a wide range of outdoor sports activities including football, basketball and badminton. The new guide has special sections for padel tennis, tennis, volleyball, golf and equestrian sports.

The new guide is part of the latest #DubaiDestinations winter campaign, which highlights the attractions and experiences that make the emirate the best among global destinations this season. The collaborative campaign, implemented by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of GDMO, highlights the various activities and experiences that people can enjoy during the beautiful winter weather. Weaving together compelling content from various stakeholders and creatives, the campaign tells the story of Dubai’s emergence as one of the best winter destinations in the world.

The latest campaign for the #DubaiDestinations initiative, which runs until February 2023, encourages residents and visitors to discover the diverse range of leisure, dining, adventure and family activities that make Dubai a unique winter destination.

The #DubaiDestinations campaign is being run across digital, broadcast, print and outdoor media to reach a wide local and international audience. Brand Dubai is implementing the #DubaiDestinations campaign in collaboration with various stakeholders and the creative media community.
