Atmosphere reopens after renovation
Dubai’s highest restaurant, Atmosphere, has reopened after a renovation on the 122nd floor of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It offers panoramic views over the emirate. The establishment combines restaurant, bar and lounge.
The updated design was inspired by the Art Deco style. The interiors are enhanced by the abundant use of plants. The menu features foie gras, oysters, Wagyu steak, blue lobsters and much more.
In the more relaxed lounge area of the Atmosphere restaurant, international cuisine is served. Breakfast, lunch and dinner specials are also served here.
The Burj Khalifa skyscraper was previously ranked among the top 10 most popular attractions in the world, according to a report by the popular travel portal usebounce.com.
The world famous tower holds the eighth place in the ranking with 16.73 million visitors per year. In Google search skyscraper Burj Khalifa was searched 24.59 million times, in social network Instagram it gathered 6.239 million publications.
It’s worth noting that Burj Khalifa earns about US$ 621 million annually on ticket sales alone, with an entrance fee of US$ 37. There are two viewing platforms in Burj Khalifa: a two-level viewing platform At the Top on the 124th and 125th floor and At The Top Sky on the 148th floor, which is 555 meters high.
Last year tourists were invited to view the Burj Khalifa skyscraper in the Metaworld and enjoy the views from the spire of the world’s tallest building in virtual format. In this way, foreigners can experience Dubai’s main attraction from the comfort of their own homes.
Users can walk around the building with family or friends using digital avatars, as well as climb to the observation deck and get a bird’s eye view of the city. The project was created by the Eventcombo platform.
