FIVE LUXE: hotel with cabaret on the water
A new FIVE hotel known for its vibrant parties will open in Dubai, in the bustling JBR tourist area. The new hotel will be called FIVE LUXE and will offer 222 rooms and suites for guests.
It is scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2023. The guests will have a beach club, swimming pool, fitness club, private beach and several restaurants. The highlight will be the water club-cabaret Lío Ibiza, which will be shaped like a pearl.
Visitors to FIVE LUXE hotel will be treated to a creative programme which will include dinner and a colourful show. The club promises to feature performers from all over the world. The eclectic setting will be complete with a spectacular waterfall right on stage.
Also in the United Arab Emirates plans to build a hotel chain Nobu, which was founded by American actor Robert De Niro. The project Nobu Hotel, Residences and Restaurant Al Marjan Island in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
The restaurant and hotel brand Nobu was created by Robert de Niro together with Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa and film producer Meir Tepper. The chain has 50 projects worldwide. The investor in the project is Enevoria Development.
The hotel will be located on the artificial archipelago of Al Marjan Island. The Nobu Hotel will have an area of 70,000 square metres. It will include a hotel, 300 private residences, Nobu restaurant, meeting and event spaces, a fitness centre, spa complex and a retail zone.
