Emile Smith trains in Dubai during his holiday
Arsenal star Emile Smith Rowe enjoyed the beautiful weather in Dubai during his short one-week holiday in the emirate, following a strong and competitive English Premier League sporting season. The talented young English star continued his daily training sessions at Dubai’s stadiums during his holiday in preparation for the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship scheduled for June and July 2023.
Emile Smith has visited Dubai on several occasions with the Arsenal club during the recent period to take part in the team’s winter camps in the Emirates. He has also visited the city accompanied by his friends. However, his most recent visit was a success as he enjoyed the good weather in the city while also continuing his serious training, which was coordinated between the Arsenal club under Coach Arteta and his assistants and professional coach Sheehan O’Shea, owner of the training centre in Dubai, who oversaw Emil Smith’s individual training, fitness and skills based on the training programmes approved by the Arsenal club.
Coach Sheehan praised the English star’s commitment to continue daily training to maintain his fitness during his holiday in Dubai, hoping for a strong return to the stadiums as part of the Arsenal club and the England national team at the UEFA European Championships. He also praised the professionalism of the Arsenal club’s respective bodies who contact the players to review their programmes and continuity of training during the holiday and encourage them to maintain their physical and technical levels.
