Graduation at Seih Hafeir in Abu Dhabi 

His Highness Sheikh Hamadan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, attended the graduation ceremony for the 18th cohort of the National Military Service. The ceremony, held in the presence of the Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Engineer Issa Al Mazroui, marked the successful completion of their specialised training at Seih Hafeir in Abu Dhabi.

Congratulating the graduates, His Highness stressed the importance of training a strong armed forces to protect the nation and preserve its resources and achievements. He said that the national military service lays the foundation for achieving readiness and equipping Emirati youth with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. By becoming custodians of the nation, these graduates play a key role in the continued development of the country, Sheikh Hamdan said.

The graduation ceremony included a briefing on the training course of the national service recruits, followed by a spectacular field demonstration of their exceptional sniper skills and accurate target acquisition. The event also showcased personal protection skills and an effective process for evacuating VIPs in the event of an attack. This demonstration showed their high level of training and unwavering willingness to act in emergency situations with maximum competence.
