Dubai launches 12-hour mega sale

On 29 June, from 10.00am to 10.00pm, residents and visitors to Dubai are offered a unique opportunity to buy items from famous brands at discounts of up to 90% at Majid Al Futtaim Shopping Centres. The mega sale is part of the annual Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) event organised by the Dubai Festival and Retail Agency (DFRE). This year, more than 100 well-known brands and retail outlets are participating in the mega sale.

Dubai Summer Surprises has been held since 1998 and comes with a host of exciting entertainment for the whole family. Residents and tourists alike are treated to performances by dancers, vibrant live concerts and raffle prizes. The top prize is 1 million SHARE points, which can be redeemed by spending AED 300 or more on a purchase.

DSS Shopping Festival 2023 runs from June 29 to September 3. Event organisers recommend planning and making the most of the 12-hour promotion at well-known Majid Al Futtaim malls including Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Mirdif, City Centre Deira, City Centre Me’aisem and City Centre Al Shindagha.

As a reminder, Abu Dhabi’s shopping malls will be open until 02:00 on the religious holiday of Eid Al Adha.
