Smart Police Stations in Dubai

Dubai Police has reported the performance of 22 Smart Police Stations for the first half of 2023. During this period, more than 65 thousand enquiries were received online and processed. This included 16,000 applications and almost 5,000 requests for criminal offences. All appeals were processed without the participation of police officers.

According to Major General Ali Ahmad Ghanim, Director General of the Logistics Department and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee for Smart Precinct Projects, Dubai’s smart police services have become an integral part of the city and public infrastructure.

Residents and visitors to the emirate have long been accustomed to the high-quality work of Dubai Police officers. Now the process of getting help or information has become even faster and easier. The intelligent system is constantly updated and helps the police service to provide the highest standards of service.

Major General Ghanim emphasised that Dubai Police is fulfilling the directives of the UAE government to improve the quality of life of the public. The introduction of the project and the creation of smart police-free neighbourhoods is the best proof of this. Dubai is getting one step closer to the status of the smartest city in the world.

Dozens of Dubai Police services are available to residents and visitors of the city. Among the most popular are obtaining criminal record certificates, paying fines and searching for lost items.

You can also report a crime (confidentially), access government services, apply for an unsecured cheque, file a labour dispute complaint or report a road accident – 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

The Smart Police Stations, which feature a bright red logo and Smart Police Station lettering, can be found in popular residential and tourist areas of the Emirate and can be reached in seconds – using the terminal and interactive technology. The terminals support 7 inbuilt languages – Arabic, English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Spanish and Chinese.
