Dubai’s New Harrow School Announces Tuition Fees Ahead of 2026 Opening
The highly anticipated Harrow School in Dubai, part of the renowned British educational institution with nearly 450 years of history, has announced its tuition fees as it prepares to open its doors in 2026. The school, which recently received official approval from Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), will charge a minimum of AED 80,000 (approximately 21,800) for primary years, with fees exceeding AED 100,000 (27,200) for Year 6 students.
The announcement follows the finalization of a land lease agreement for the school’s 50,000 square meter campus located on Hessa Street in Dubai. The new institution will begin accepting applications in September 2025, initially opening for students from FS1 (Foundation Stage 1) through Year 6. The school plans to gradually expand its offerings to include Years 6 through 13, eventually accommodating up to 2,000 students at full capacity.
Harrow School Dubai promises to maintain the educational excellence and traditions of its UK flagship while adapting its approach to meet the specific needs of students in the UAE and respect local culture. The original Harrow School in London was established in 1572 under a Royal Charter granted by Queen Elizabeth I and has since educated numerous prominent figures, including former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill and Jordan’s late King Hussein bin Talal.
The Dubai campus will follow the Harrow tradition of combining rigorous academics with strong emphasis on character development, leadership skills, and extracurricular activities. The curriculum will integrate world-class approaches to sports, performing arts, and personal development, aiming to produce well-rounded graduates prepared for global challenges.
