Luxury Wedding Palace Opens on Private Island in Dubai

A new luxury venue has opened its doors for weddings and high-end events on a private island off the coast of Dubai. The Sweden Beach Palace, part of The Heart of Europe development, is now accepting bookings for weddings, corporate gatherings, brand launches, and exclusive celebrations.

The lavish residence is one of nine villas on the island, each spanning over 2,000 square meters and featuring interiors furnished by Bentley Home. Every villa includes seven bedrooms, a rooftop terrace, a private infinity pool, and sweeping sea views. Guests can arrive in style via private yacht or chartered boat.

The palace can host up to 300 guests, offering Michelin-level dining, a spa with a snow room, and full event-planning services. The secluded island setting promises an unmatched experience for those seeking privacy and luxury.

The Sweden Beach Palace is just one part of the ambitious Heart of Europe project. Upcoming developments include the Middle East’s first Buddha-Bar Hotel and a honeymoon retreat, Buddha-Bar Beach Honeymoon Island, with an estimated cost of AED 3 billion (USD 817 million).

The honeymoon island will embrace a “barefoot luxury” concept, blending bohemian elegance with high-end amenities. Guests can enjoy sunrise yoga sessions, beachfront dining, and world-class DJ performances in the evenings. Meanwhile, the Buddha-Bar Hotel will feature 162 designer rooms, gourmet restaurants, a luxury spa, and floating villas.

In early 2026, the project will also unveil a 466-room hotel inspired by Italy’s Portofino, complete with a six-story aquarium and a coral restoration center, highlighting the development’s commitment to sustainability.

With its ultra-luxurious venues and unique island setting, The Heart of Europe is set to become a premier destination for weddings, leisure, and high-profile events in Dubai.
