UAE AI Academy Launches Region’s First Executive Program for Chief AI Officers

The AI Academy, a regional executive education center focused on artificial intelligence, has opened preliminary applications for its Executive Programme for Chief AI Officer (CAIO). This pioneering initiative, the first of its kind in the region, is designed for top-tier managers and C-suite leaders seeking to harness the next wave of AI-driven transformation.

Developed through a strategic partnership between the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) and Polynome Group, the two-week program is scheduled to commence on November 16, 2025. It features ten advanced modules covering AI system architecture, enterprise implementation, governance frameworks, ethics, and public policy. The curriculum emphasizes practical application, preparing executives to lead cross-functional AI strategies and drive innovation across the Middle East and North Africa.

A distinctive feature of the program is an optional five-day international module in either Europe or the United States, allowing participants to gain global perspectives and expand professional networks.

Dr. Taieb Kamali, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at ADSM, emphasized the program’s importance: “In a rapidly evolving world, visionary and strategic leadership is essential to responsibly unlock AI’s potential for both business and society. This program equips leaders with strategic foresight, an ethical foundation, and practical skills while reinforcing the UAE’s role as a global hub of technological excellence.”

Alexander Khanin, founder of Polynome Group, highlighted the program’s unique practical orientation: “What sets this program apart is that it was created by leaders who have implemented AI at an enterprise level. Participants will leave with executable strategies, direct access to corporate tools, and membership in a strong professional community of global AI leaders.”

The program underscores the UAE’s commitment to strengthening its position as a global center for AI adoption and regulation.
