World’s Tallest Hotel Set to Open in Dubai in November 2025
Dubai will welcome the world’s tallest hotel in November 2025 with the opening of Ciel Dubai Marina, part of the Vignette Collection by IHG. Soaring 377 meters across 82 floors, the tower will feature 1,004 guest rooms and suites, each offering floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Palm Jumeirah, the Persian Gulf, and the Dubai skyline.
The hotel is developed by The First Group Hospitality and joins IHG’s curated Vignette Collection, which emphasizes individuality within a cohesive luxury concept. Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, described the project as an iconic addition to Dubai’s hospitality landscape, situated in an ideal location that redefines premium accommodation. Haitham Mattar, Managing Director of IHG for India, the Middle East, and Africa, emphasized that the hotel reflects the group’s commitment to delivering unforgettable guest experiences through distinctive luxury properties.
Designed by the award-winning Norr architectural firm, the tower takes the form of a “needle’s eye” and is situated within walking distance of Dubai Marina’s restaurants, shops, beaches, and entertainment venues. It offers convenient access to Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters, and JBR, with direct links to the Dubai Marina Mall, tram, and metro systems.
Guests can enjoy eight dining and lounge venues, including West 13 with Mediterranean and Latin American influences, East 14 offering an Asian buffet, Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery, and the multi-level Tattu concept featuring a restaurant on the 74th floor, a sky pool on the 76th, and a lounge on the 81st floor.
Additional amenities include the world’s highest infinity pool, a full-service spa, a 24-hour fitness center, and complimentary transfers to the Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. Families are catered to with dedicated children’s areas such as Splash Pad and Kids Club, along with tailored menus and welcome offerings.
Ciel Dubai Marina stands as The First Group’s most ambitious project to date, further cementing Dubai’s reputation for architectural innovation and luxury tourism.
