International construction management holding DIA Holding has announced the launch of a long-term strategic partnership with UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov. As part of the collaboration, the parties plan to implement a number of joint projects, the first of which will be LuzOra Residences, a premium development located in the prestigious Dubai Islands area.

LuzOra Residences is already under construction and is designed as a premium boutique Residence & Hotel complex comprising 108 apartments.
