UAE to Open First Tesla Experience Centre on Yas Island

Aldar Properties has announced plans to develop the UAE’s first Tesla Experience Centre on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi by 2027. The new facility, spanning approximately 5,000 square meters, will combine a showroom, service center, and vehicle delivery zone under one roof, enhancing Tesla’s presence in the UAE and reinforcing Yas Island’s reputation as a hub for global brands.

Designed with customer convenience and operational efficiency in mind, the center will feature 170 parking spaces and 20 V4 Supercharger stations to simplify electric vehicle charging and maintenance. The location along the E12 highway will provide direct access for customers from both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The project is also aligned with sustainable development goals. It is planned to achieve an Estidama 3 Pearl rating and incorporate Net Zero principles. Key green features include rooftop solar panels, energy-efficient climate control systems, LED lighting, and rainwater harvesting systems for landscaping and operational use. Low-emission construction materials will be used throughout the building.

Tesla Middle East has emphasized that this will be the brand’s first dedicated facility in the UAE capital, marking a significant step in expanding its regional footprint and supporting the country’s transition toward sustainable transportation.
